Gore Nitrogen Pumping Service, LLC (“GN2,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to transparency and the responsible handling of employee privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Field Monitoring System (FMS) mobile application (“App”) handles user data.
This App is designed exclusively for internal use by employees of Gore Nitrogen Pumping Service, LLC.
1. No Data Collection
The FMS App does not collect, store, or transmit any user data. Specifically:
No personal identifiers (such as name, email, or employee ID) are collected
No location or GPS data is accessed
No usage, diagnostic, or performance data is collected
No analytics or tracking tools are embedded in the App
The app is designed to function without connecting to external servers or cloud services.
2. Device Permissions
The App may request limited device permissions (e.g., file access, camera) solely to enable features within the app. These permissions are:
Only used while the App is actively in use
Not monitored or tracked by GN2
Not used to collect or transmit any data
3. Data Security
Since the App does not collect or transmit any data, there is no user data stored or processed. GN2 recommends that employees still follow standard IT security practices, including locking devices and using strong passwords.
4. Changes to This Policy
If future updates to the FMS App introduce any data collection or connectivity features, this Privacy Policy will be revised accordingly. Employees will be notified in advance of any such changes.
