- You (your own submissions)
- Your supervisors and managers (for review and approval)
- System administrators (for technical support and compliance)
5. Device Permissions
The App requests the following permissions:
- Camera: To capture photos for incident reports
- Photo Library: To select existing photos for reports
- Internet Access: To submit reports and sync data with our servers
These permissions are only used for their stated purposes.
6. Data Retention
Incident reports and associated data are retained in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
7. Your Rights
As an employee, you may:
- View your submission history within the App
- Contact IT to request information about your data
- Report any privacy concerns to the IT Department
8. Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, employees will be notified in advance. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
